Tattoo booking information
Hello! and thank you for choosing me to work with you on your tattoo.
Below is some information relating to the process of booking a tattoo with me, written up to avoid unnecessary emailing with frequently asked questions.
Once you've had a look through the information, there is a contact form where you can tell me a bit about what you would like to get tattooed.
The main information I need to get started is:
Concept - A rough idea of what your design idea
Size - a rough size of your design idea (in centimetres please)
Position- a rough idea of where you would like the design on your body
Availability - Your preferred date and time. (Just note that I currently only work Sundays, but will be looking at adding either a Monday or Tuesday from early 2021)
Once I have your information, I will be in touch via email, where we can chat about any reference photos you have (I prefer if you don't send me images of other people's tattoo's), whether we need to schedule a consultation and any further details needed.
Once we have worked out all of the details, I will then draw the design and the next time we meet will be on the day of your tattoo!
I prefer not to email designs beforehand, as seeing a sketch on the computer does not give an accurate understanding of how the final result will look. I like to discuss these things in person and have the flexibility to make any changes on the day together.
I understand this requires a lot of trust, just know my goal is to give you the best tattoo I possibly can!
I take a non-refundable deposit to confirm the appointment to tattoo, usually between $100 - $200 depending on the size of the tattoo. This can be done at a consultation or online and will come off the final price of the tattoo.
You can reschedule up to 48hrs before your appointment, but any later than that and I have to keep the deposit to pay for the space I have rented to tattoo for you.
As for costs, I usually price each tattoo individually as size, detail and the position on the body can all affect the time and level of difficulty involved while tattooing.
Once we have begun discussions, I can usually give a reasonably accurate quote, but this is just a quote and can change on the day, if there is a decision to resize/change position/change design.
Thank you again for contacting me and I look forward to working with you!
